    Support may include:

    • Light setup or cleanup

    • Resetting ceremony or reception spaces

    • Assisting with chairs, tables, or other basic venue needs

    • Running simple errands or providing task-based support

    • Assisting vendors as needed (without managing them)

    • General tidying and guest-facing assistance

    This service does not include timeline management, vendor management, or complex décor installations. It’s intended to quietly handle practical details behind the scenes so your loved ones can stay present and enjoy the day.

    Half-Day Support: $400 (includes 4 hours of service)

    Full-Day Support: $800 (includes 8 hours of service)

    This service includes:

    • Timeline review and day-of timeline management

    • Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors

    • Ceremony and reception coordination

    • Hands-on oversight of décor setup and teardown

    • Real-time problem-solving throughout the event

    • Keeping the event on schedule and running seamlessly

    Day-Of Coordination includes one coordinator and one assistant, working together to oversee the details, support vendors, and ensure the day flows smoothly from start to finish.

    Our Partial Planning service is designed for couples who have already made some of the big decisions but would love a little extra guidance and support along the way. Whether you’ve booked your venue and a few vendors or simply need help turning your ideas into a cohesive plan, we’ll step in where you need us most.

    We’ll help refine your vision, source select vendors, work through remaining details and logistics, and keep everything organized as your wedding approaches. Then, when the big day arrives, we’ll transition seamlessly into coordination so you can relax and enjoy everything you’ve worked so hard to create.

    Partial Planning may include: select vendor sourcing and recommendations, design and décor guidance, planning and logistics meetings, timeline development, vendor coordination, ceremony and reception logistics, and wedding-day coordination.

    Perfect for couples who want to be part of the planning process without having to manage every detail on their own.

    We’ll work with you to refine your vision and create a clear design direction that brings your colors, florals, décor, tablescape, signage, and special details together beautifully.

    Includes:

    • One design consultation

    • Customized mood board and color palette

    • Overall décor and styling recommendations

    • Floral style and inspiration guidance

    • Tablescape and centerpiece recommendations

    • Signage and detail recommendations

    • One follow-up design review

    • Final styling guide for event day

  • Looking for additional support beyond your selected package? These optional services can be added individually to create a planning experience tailored to your needs.

    Wedding or Event Website

    • Creation, customization, publication, and ongoing management of your event website.

    • Starting at $500 (plus website subscription fees or platform costs, if applicable).

    Invitation Design

    • Custom invitation design with up to five design concepts for your review.

    • $300

    Signage Design

    • Custom printable signage designed to complement your wedding or event aesthetic, including welcome signs, seating charts, escort cards, menus, directional signage, ceremony signage, and other informational signs.

    • Custom Signs: $60 each

    • Seating Chart: $200

    • Printing costs are additional.

    Invitation Mailing & RSVP Management

    • Printing coordination, assembly, mailing, and RSVP tracking for your invitations.

    • $400 (plus postage, paper products, Paperless Post credits, or other mailing expenses).

    Vendor Research

    • Research vendors within a specific category and provide up to eight customized recommendations with pricing and availability.

    • $200 per vendor category

    Vendor Booking & Coordination

    • Research vendors, gather proposals, review contracts, and coordinate vendor details leading up to your event. (Included for up to 2–3 major vendors in our Partial Planning package).

    • $580 per vendor

    Venue Search

    • Receive assistance finding the perfect venue, including researching options that fit your vision and budget, reviewing contracts, and attending up to three venue tours with you.

    • $1,200 (additional fees apply for more than three venue tours).

    Guest Favors

    • Ordering, assembling, and packaging guest favors for up to 200 guests.

    • $350 (plus the cost of favors and packaging materials).
