We provide support for all types of events, including weddings, birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, corporate events, fundraisers, holiday parties, graduations, nonprofit events, celebrations of life, and more. If you're hosting an event and need an extra set of experienced hands, we're here to help.

While both roles are there to make your event run smoothly, they serve very different purposes.
Day-of Coordinator
A Day-of Coordinator oversees the entire event from start to finish. Think of them as the project manager for your event day.
They will:
Review your event plans and timeline before the event.
Coordinate with vendors leading up to the event.
Create or finalize the event timeline.
Manage vendor arrivals and setup.
Keep the event running on schedule.
Handle any unexpected issues behind the scenes.
Direct the wedding party, speakers, or key participants when needed.
Serve as the main point of contact so you, your family, and your guests can relax and enjoy the event.
Best for: Clients who have planned their event but want a professional to take over on the day so they don't have to manage every detail.
Event Helper
An Event Helper provides hands-on assistance throughout your event but does not manage the overall event or vendors.
They can help with:
Setting up decorations and tables.
Greeting and directing guests.
Assisting with gift tables or guest books.
Restocking food, beverages, or supplies.
Keeping the venue tidy throughout the event.
Helping vendors unload or locate setup areas.
Packing up decorations and personal items after the event.
Assisting wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.
Best for: Clients who don't need full coordination but want reliable support to help everything run smoothly.

It depends on your event size and needs. Some events only require one coordinator, while larger events may benefit from a coordinator plus one or more event helpers. We'll make recommendations during your consultation.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring and fall weekends. However, if your event is coming up soon, reach out—we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
